Terms & Conditions

1.This promotion is not open to employees, directors, members, partners, agents or consultants of Edgars Stores Limited Zimbabwe (Edgars), the sponsor of the prizes, their respective advertising and promotional agencies, media and PR agencies, or the family members, consultants, directors and associates of such organisations and persons.
2. Only entrants, who enter all Edgars competitions and complete all their details, will stand a chance to win.
3. The prizes on offer are stated in each competition.
4. By entering these competitions entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
5. You can enter as many times as you like.
6. The competition time lines are specified in the mechanics. Late entries will not be accepted.
7. All competitions are open to residents of Zimbabwe only.
8. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older in order to enter this competition.
9. The winners will be notified telephonically or on the digital platform depending on how the competition was being run.
10. The winners will be announced within 1 week from the last day of the competition.
11. Winners may not win an Edgars competition more than once in a 90-day period. Any winners drawn who have won in the last 90 days will be disqualified from the competition and another winner will be drawn.
12. The prizes exclude any other expenses or costs incurred by the winning participants when entering the competition.
13. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.
14. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Sponsoring parties are not liable or responsible for any or all losses, rights, claims and actions in connection with, or resulting from, participation in the competition or acceptance of the prizes.
16. The competitions that run on Facebook are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
17. Facebook competition entries will only be considered when the person entering has liked the Edgars page.
18. Facebook competition entries based on likes will be scrutinized through a software which will decipher authenticity of the Facebook users. Likes from any user who has not accessed their profile within 8 weeks of entering the competition will not be considered.
19. Likes from foreigners who do not seem to have any link with the competition entrant as well as Group or Organisation pages will not be considered.
20. All information disclosed by the entrants is only divulged to Edgars Stores Limited and not to Facebook.
